When I shot my previous Adidas Runfalcon 'throw them in the air to generate chaotic compositions' shoot (see my "Adidas Runfalcon high speed shutter shoot"), as well as creating individual shots of pairs of shoes I wanted to comp together lots of shots to create a big cascade of trainers.

I chose interesting compositions initially, and then for the last few I picked compositions that would fit nicel into the remaing spaces in the image.
